Rushing, running, a million things to do seems to be the normal life for most of us these days. Days roll into weeks, weeks into months and before we know it, another birthday! It's so easy to get caught up on this treadmill of life, taking care of ourselves sometimes gets pushed aside. Our bodies ache, we end up with pain, digestive issues, feeling overwhelmed and totally fatigued.

Sadly, I know this all too well. I'm definitely someone who understands how busy life can be. This was my life, some day's still is, only now, I have learnt - you can't give from an empty cup, HELLO awakening! We came here to be human beings, but somehow we ended up being human doings, and to often, tune away from the voice of our own soul and fall out of alignment with who we really are.

My journey has lead me to explore the holistic potential of nature and the deep connection between the mind, body and spirit. I have a deep respect for the human body and offer services to the community with Remedial Massage, Reiki Treatments, Wellness Coaching and a little herbalism. I have made it my life's purpose to turn my teachings and  passion into helping others reconnect to the natural rhythm of their own bodies.
